We are seeking an exceptionally organized, prompt, and engaging nanny for our active 2-year-old twin girls. This position is ideal for an Early Childhood Education student/graduate or a seasoned nanny who thrives on structure, creative child engagement, and maintaining an orderly home environment. Key Responsibilities: Active Engagement: Plan and lead age-appropriate, hands-on activities, arts & crafts, outdoor play, and developmental routines for twin toddlers. Evening Routine: Help execute the dinner, bath, and bedtime wind-down routine smoothly. Childcare & Meal Prep: Prepare light meals and snacks for the girls and clean up after meals. Tidying & Home Reset: Maintain a spotless and organized environment. Responsibilities include putting away all toys completely, resetting room spaces before leaving each night, running the dishwasher, taking out the trash, and doing light laundry for the girls. Candidate Requirements: Education & Background: Early Childhood Education major or degree strongly preferred. Attributes: High attention to detail, extremely tidy, punctual, and a clear, proactive communicator. Reliability: Must have dependable transportation, strong attendance records, and minimal schedule conflicts. Certifications: Current CPR & First Aid certification required. Must be willing to pass a comprehensive background check and provide strong professional references.
