About this babysitting job

I'm looking for a warm, patient, and engaging caregiver for my 5-year-old son. He is a bright, curious, imaginative child who loves Pokémon, Godzilla, animals, and creative play. He has an incredible memory, enjoys learning about his interests, and loves imaginative games and activities. He is neurodivergent and has a PDA profile. He does best with adults who are calm, understanding, flexible, and able to build a trusting relationship through play and connection rather than demands or traditional discipline. The ideal caregiver would: Have experience working with neurodivergent children, particularly children with autism, ADHD, or PDA profiles. Be patient, emotionally attuned, and comfortable supporting a child through big feelings. Enjoy imaginative play and actively engaging with children. Understand sensory sensitivities Be comfortable helping a child with emotional regulation Be reliable, compassionate, and willing to develop a trusting relationship gradually. I'm hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with children, appreciates their individuality, and can create a safe, positive, and supportive environment.
