Morning Nanny Needed for 3 Boys (North Raleigh) About Our Family: We are a loving family located in North Raleigh (near Capital Blvd & Perry Creek Rd, by the WRAL soccer fields) seeking an exceptional, reliable morning nanny for the remainder of the school year . We have three wonderful sons with unique personalities and needs: - Matthew (14.5): A bright teenager with Mild Autism and ADHD. He loves reading graphic novels and playing video games. - Mason (9): A sweet boy with Moderate Autism, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Sensory Processing Disorder, and an Intellectual Disability. He uses a specialized communication device alongside his spoken words and absolutely loves music. - Micah (8): Our youngest, who is neurotypical. He is highly energetic and passionate about sports and vehicles (especially trucks!). The Schedule & Logistics: - Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM (15 hours/week). - Start Date: ASAP for the remainder of the school year. - Location: North Raleigh (near Perry Creek Rd). Driving includes a morning commute down to Wendell and a short local drop-off in North Raleigh. - Vehicle Requirement: A safe, reliable vehicle, excellent driving record, and valid license are strictly required. Ideal Qualifications: • Special Needs Experience: Strong background working with children on the Autism spectrum is preferred. You will receive training (from mom who is a Speech-Language Pathologist) on how to use Mason’s communication device. • Rock-Solid Reliability: Because our kids rely heavily on structure and we have strict school drop-off windows, punctuality is our #1 priority. Compensation: $25.00 an hour
