Hello! I am a sophomore university student attending Howard University on the prelaw track. My background in childcare is deeply personal to me, as I was raised by a mother who attended school for child development and currently works as a postpartum doula, and I myself have years of experience caring for children as the oldest in my family. I love caring for my family and children. I have babysat in the past, as I am extremely passionate about making a comfortable, fun, safe, and enriching environment for any child I look after. I have experience assisting postpartum doulas in infant care. Currently, I work as a part-time children's art educator at Kid Create Studio in Virginia, working with kids ranging from 3 to 13 I can help with homework in Art, English, and Social Studies. I can also help with Spanish homework as I speak conversational-level Spanish. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your household's needs!
Hi! My name is Zion (she/her) and I’m a junior at Howard University. You Know! I am able to provide child care, animal care, house sitting services etc. I love kids and pets, grew up with young kids in the house as well as animals, and have been watch toddlers, young kids, tweens, and teens since I was around 15. I was also a camp counselor at the very camp I attended for many summers! Arts and crafts, projects, homework, outdoor activities, and tutoring are some things I can do with the kids to keep them entertained and engaged. I am also able to do things around the house such as feeding pets, cooking, and cleaning.

With all my love, I cannot imagine life without being able to care for our wonderful children. Childcare is my passion, seeing the potential of our children and harnessing it at an early age is vital for their growth and development. As a parent of three myself, I understand the importance of having a safe environment for our children to learn, love, and play. I am well credentialed; my degree is in English and Elementary Education, I am also certified in CPR and First Aid. I have a history of providing over 20 years of care for children and have references. Best Regards, Teicha
As a caregiver, my name Fritz, I am driven by a deep passion for offering care and support to those who need it most. Through my experiences caring for children, seniors, and pets, as well as my younger brother with Down syndrome and my autistic nephew, I have honed my skills and become a well-rounded caregiver. With my CPR certification, my compassionate nature, and my strong work ethic, I am confident in my ability to provide top-notch care. Caring for my loved ones has been a life-changing and incredibly fulfilling journey. I have learned the importance of approaching each individual with patience, understanding, and a unique perspective to meet their needs. With my autistic nephew, I have discovered the power of creative and engaging activities and effective communication strategies for promoting positive interactions and managing challenging behaviors. Through caring for my brother with Down syndrome, I have come to understand the significance of advocating for those who may struggle to speak for themselves and providing support as they navigate life.

Hi! My name is Lashee. I’m 23 years old and a proud Howard University student currently attending in person in Washington, DC. I’ve always had a genuine love for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to care for children ranging from 6 weeks old to 16 years old, giving me experience with a wide variety of ages, personalities, and needs. I also had the wonderful experience of working with triplets and their baby sister for two years, which gave me valuable hands-on experience caring for multiples, managing different schedules and needs, and staying organized in a busy household. I’m comfortable multitasking, following routines and instructions closely, helping with homework, preparing age-appropriate activities, and keeping children engaged throughout the day. I’m a patient, creative, caring, and dependable person, and I take pride in being someone families can trust. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable with the person caring for your children, and I always strive to communicate openly and respectfully with parents. I especially love building lasting relationships with the families I work with and staying in contact even after my time with them comes to an end. I would love the opportunity to get to know your family and become someone you can rely on to provide your children with attentive, loving, and dependable care. Hello! My name is Noela and i’m a recent graduate of USC Gould School of Law. I was born and raised in Westchester County, NY and attended Howard University for my undergraduate years. I am relocating back to Westchester temporarily, and would love to help out families with the additional time I have. I grew up with au pairs in my household so I personally have witnessed the ways that a babysitter could be of aid to a child's life, not only as a help to their parents but as a friend to the child. I have been watching kids of ages 0-15 since age 14, which includes picking them up from school, tutoring, and taking them to extracurriculars. During the pandemic I also assisted with remote learning. When it’s nice out I enjoy taking the kids to the park, or playing in the backyard. On other days, I enjoy finding creative ways to keep children engaged with their learning. Additionally, I enjoy reading, hiking, attending concerts, and playing with my 3 year old Mini Cavapoo Milo.
Hi! I’m an upbeat, positive, energetic person who loves working with kids. I’m super creative and love arts and crafts projects. I’ve been a summer camp counselor and “fun director” for 10–12-year-olds for five years with an organization called Table of Hope and I currently study Political Science and Spanish at Howard University. I also tutor in writing and Spanish, so I’m happy to help with homework! I can cook, clean, drive, and am flexible to adapt to your household needs! Feel free to reach out with any questions, I understand a short bio description may not always address all of your needs/questions- so again do not hesitate to ask me anything. I’m always happy to chat! Can’t wait to hear from you!!
