Hi! My name is Kyleigh, and I’m a graduate student at North Central College pursuing my Master’s in Occupational Therapy. I have always loved working with children and hope to become a pediatric occupational therapist after graduation. I have experience working with children in a variety of settings. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at an ABA clinic, where I work one-on-one with children with autism and support them as they develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. I absolutely love being able to build relationships with the children I work with and watch their growth and progress! I also previously worked as a Rehabilitation Technician at a rehab hospital, where I gained valuable experience working alongside healthcare professionals and developed skills in patient care, safety, communication, and assisting with daily activities. Because I’m currently in graduate school, I’m looking for babysitting opportunities that allow me to balance my school schedule while continuing to do what I love—working with children! I’m responsible, patient, caring, and comfortable working with children of different ages and needs. I am First Aid, CPR, AED, and BLS certified for both adults and children, and I take safety and providing a comfortable environment for children very seriously.
