My name is Laurelai and I am a former speech-language pathologist with experience working clinically with ages 3-14 and experience babysitting all ages. I now work full-time in medical education/administration, and am looking for one-time or as-needed babysitting opportunities. I grew up with three much younger siblings so I have been around children my whole life! I have worked as a child caretaker in a church, a toddler room supervisor, a nanny, and I have been babysitting for many years. I am CPR/First Aid certified for all ages (infant-adult). I have intermediate sign language experience. I have worked with multiples (twins and triplets) and children with special needs including cerebral palsy and oppositional/defiant disorder. I have experience working with infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. In college I minored in vocal performance because I love to sing! I also played violin for 10+ years. I love to play games, read books, visit parks, sing songs and have fun! I provide services throughout the city of Chicago. **At this time I am not available for school pick-ups/drop-offs or recurring positions. I am flexible on nights and weekends. Feel free to reach out about last-minute or one-time needs!** Up-to-date on all vaccinations including COVID-19 & annual flu shot. CPR/First Aid certified for infant-adult Current certification expires Oct 2026
Hi my name is Adyson and I am currently a sophomore at St. Ambrose University. I love babysitting and have been since I was 17 years old. I also am a camp counselor in the summertime. I can watch children of any age but I have the most experience with children ages 5+. I am looking for occasional/ part-time jobs since I am still in school. I love pets and am willing to also provide pet care. As well as household services such as laundry and cleaning.
I’m a recent graduate of the Physician Assistant program at St. Ambrose, currently awaiting credentialing, and I would be honored to care for your loved ones during this transition. My experience spans a wide range of caregiving roles, each contributing to my dedication and passion for helping others. I’m a former CNA with a strong understanding of medical care and am fully up-to-date on all vaccinations as well as BLS, ACLS, and PALS certified. I spent two years at a childcare facility, guiding and nurturing children from infants to 6th grade, which deepened my ability to connect with and care for kids of all ages. Beyond professional roles, caregiving has been a lifelong part of who I am—I helped care for my bedridden grandmother for most of my life, providing hands-on support and companionship. I’ve babysat for numerous family friends, developing strong relationships with families and children, and I played a significant role in raising my younger brother. Whether it’s children, seniors, or providing general household support, I bring warmth, responsibility, and adaptability to every situation. I would love the opportunity to provide your family with the care and attention they deserve!
