Hi there, My Name is Gennaro, and I have been guiding youth in traditional, experiential, and special education for just under a decade. My passion is working with children to empower them towards better understanding of themselves and their ability to lead. The majority of my experience working with youth has been through work as an Outdoor Education Guide, where I would lead groups of 10-12 young people in the wilderness for periods up to 14 days. During my years of experience in this kind of work, I was responsible for the mental, emotional, and physical well being of young people in extreme environments. These experiences also allowed me to develop an encompassing sense of empathy, care, and risk management for the young people I have been lucky enough to spend time with.
