Hello everybody! My name is Edie, and I am 30 years old. I recently moved back to Tucson, AZ from Seoul, South Korea where I worked as a traveling English teacher for 4 years. I taught 3-4 year olds (pre-k) as well as elementary school (after school care/tutoring). Before being an English teacher, I worked several child-care jobs such as: live-in nanny (1.5 years), preschool teacher (1 year due to COVID), and nanny/babysitter (7 years). Before working with kids (and while working with kids), I was a Certified Nursing Assistant and have worked in a long-term care facility as well as a private 1:1 caregiver for an elderly client. In addition, I have experience with multiple health factors including mental and physical disabilities, I have taken courses in child psychology and developmental psychology, and I was a girl scout for 6 years! Hello my name is Xoe I have lived in SF for almost 6 years. I originally moved to work with kids and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and transitioned into the teen mental health space. Prior to this I worked as a nanny short term with different families ages ranging from 5 months to 12 yo. Over the last 5+ years I have worked with numerous kids of various ages and abilities.
