Howdy! My name is Brianna, and I am a 23-year-old San Antonio area local! I am a newlywed as of April and am looking for something to cure my post wedding baby-fever, which is why I am so happy that my family has recently welcomed two beautiful babies via my brother and sister, giving me even more recent infant care experience. I am adult, pediatric, and infant CPR/AED/First Aid trained not to mention that I also currently have an EvenFlo Pivot stroller and car seat, so I would not need one from you (if necessary) unless you have a preferred brand! I have experience working with children ages 4 to 12, and I have been babysitting since I was 14. Hello! I just moved here from Washington DC. I went to school in Austin, Texas and am originally from Arizona! I'm currently a graduate student at Case Western and looking to provide some support for a family while maintaining a flexible schedule! I'm a 25-year-old psychology undergrad graduate who has years of experience working with kids in different settings, including babysitting, childcare volunteering in churches, summer camp counseling, childcare in a retail setting, and as a counselor in a children's mental health crisis center. Growing up in a large family, caregiving was the responsibility of everyone. From the age of 10 I was volunteering in the church nursery and babysitting my nieces and little sisters. As a college student at The University of Texas, I became a nanny for a young boy with Cerebral Palsy, and his two siblings. Then later I was an attendant for a young adult woman who was completely immobile while we went to graduate classes together for social work in addition to being a teaching, writing, and research assistant at the college. I was with both families for years, and still love to "like" all the pictures of these children who are now young adults. Six months ago, I left Austin to move home at 34 to help my youngest sister raise her toddler and assist my now elderly parents in day to day tasks. Additionally these past six months, I have volunteered at a local school for summer camps and day to day learning engagement. While I have enjoyed all of these things, the time has come for me to begin working outside of the family at least part time. I look forward to making your life a little easier in your day-to-day.
