I have reliable transportation, but do not have my own car here in Austin so I am unable to regularly transport kids in my own vehicle.

Hello! - I’m khya! A 27 year old San Antonio native residing in Hollywood! I’ve been an LA resident for over 5 years now and came to the area through a film and music scholarship. I graduated from UT-Austin with a B.S. in Communications and media studies. Now I work as a coach for an after school program, teaching kids 12-18 tech-design skills. Music production, film, robotics, programming, and game development to name a few. I’ve been a babysitter since high school and has volunteered with children learning the arts, since college. I’m comfortable with caring for 3 kiddos max and as a daughter of a nurse, I can assist with senior care! I am also available for house sits, light household responsibilities, appointment assistance, tutoring, and crafts. Currently I am open for Part-time work only. For date nights specifically, but can work for day time care if scheduled ahead of time. If you can not communicate timely, I am not the sitter for you. My pricing is also FINAL. Hi! I’m a Psychology student-athlete at the University of Texas. I love working with children, & I have worked at a nature-based daycare for the past 3 summers. Child Care: I have 3 summers of experience working at a nature-based daycare, primarily caring for children ages 18m-6 years old, but on occasion I would care for babies ages 6m-17m as well. I am comfortable changing diapers, potty training support, helping with meals, supervising children, and creating a safe and positive environment. Certifications or training: I am CPR certified, First Aid certified, and have a water safety training certificate. Activities I enjoy with children: I love taking children on walks, going to parks, playing outside, doing nature-based activities, arts and crafts, reading, games, and different types of creative and active play. Skills: I can help with homework and tutoring, cook and prepare meals and snacks, and keep children engaged with age-appropriate activities. Senior Care Experience: I do not have professional senior-care experience yet, but I am very willing to learn and provide caring, patient, and dependable support. Non-medical skills: I can help with cooking, meal preparation, light cleaning, organizing, errands, grocery shopping, companionship, and other everyday household tasks. Experience with pets: I have 4 cats of my own and have been around plenty of dogs. I am comfortable caring for dogs and cats and am happy to work with different breeds and sizes.
