Caring for children has always been a natural part of my life. As the oldest daughter in a large family and a mother to an amazing teenager, I grew up helping care for younger siblings and relatives. I also have over 11 years of experience caring for children ranging from infants to teenagers. Hi! My name is Sofia, I am a college student looking to expand my childcare experience! I’m the oldest sibling of 2 younger sisters and i’ve worked in summer camps for several summers. I’m familiar with school age care (3 years old +). I enjoy working with kids, but not a huge pet lover. Although i don’t mind cats! I am open to cleaning, cooking and running errands

I’m looking for a job taking care of 1 or 2 children during the week (plus Saturday if needed but preferably just working weekdays). I was a nanny for 2 children, almost 2 and 4. We spent our mornings playing, going to the park, reading, and doing crafts. Both parents work from home, so we all had lunch together and then put the children to nap, after nap they get a healthy snack and we play some more! I started this job when they were 6 months and 1 and a half in the summer of 2024. I just finished up my last day on Halloween, so I am looking to start work asap if possible (although not required, I would be willing to find something else for the time being until ready for me to start) Before I was a nanny, I worked at a before/after school daycare, plus a summer camp run by the same company. We would play, set up different toys every day, do crafts, get healthy snacks, and go outside when the weather was alright. At summer camp we mostly spent the whole day outside. There was a tree fort, pool days, hiking, sports, crafts, biking, etc! There were special weekly events where we went to the arcade, roller skating, and ice skating. There were children preschool to freshman year of high school at the summer camp. I have also worked as a cashier, online order picker/packer, and busser, so I have experience with cleaning tasks as well.

Hi all! My name is Janiya. Im a recent college graduate. While still searching for a career in my field, Id like to use my free time to help families care for their children. I am offering child services. I absolutely adore and respect children. In every child I see a glimpse of myself because i was once a kid, too. As a person who’s an empath, Im highly aware of emotions and try my best to understand others so that I can connect with them in order to offer help. Ive babysat many younger family members since I was in elementary school! I also have experience in caring for children ages 1-5 at my church. And ive been a camp counselor in the past for children ages 5-10. My responsibilities have included maintaining personal hygiene, keeping them occupied with arts and craft, ensuring safety, providing meals, nap time, and offering emotional support. Ultimately I wish to continue being a compassionate and present person to respectful and polite kids. I do wish to have children of my own soon so, caring for each child as if they were my own is an innate skill that I carry.
