Hello! My name is Erica and I've been watching children beginning with my little sister when I was in jr. high. Since then I have babysat children of all ages. I have worked at preschools and have taken classes in early childhood development. I taught my own class of 3 year olds, but have served as an aide in classes ranging from infant to 5 years. I am a fully licensed cosmetologist & work as a hairstylist at a salon in Berkeley. I love children of all ages and they tend to love me. I'm a child at heart and enjoy singing, art, going outside, and just having fun. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching movies and tv shows, exploring the outdoors, and cooking.

I was a licensed Respite Care Provider and Foster Parent. I contracted with Child Protective Services for 5 years. I created a program working with Autistic boys (1 yr), for 4.5 years I was a Family Builder Specialist and Program Manager, for 2 yrs I was a Child Developmental and Behavioralist Specialist. I have been a temporary, part time, and full time nanny and sitter for over 20years. Over Covid lockdown I ran a private school and course for grades k&1. I volunteer with Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and Adventure Scouts, food kitchens, Women’s DV shelters... Using my expertise in emotions, I teach classes for parents (and also for children) on empowerment, emotional development and intelligence, transformation, and self efficacy/esteem. ** Please note that I have cancellation policy - if you cancel a booking with in a week of, I charge a $50 cancellation fee or 50% of the booking, whichever is higher. Hello My name is Angelica, well to tell you alittle about myself I'm currently Work as a instructional assistant Full Time for my local school district. But I’m available for Date nights and Overnight gigs at this time. A little bit about me, I'm 36 years old and have lots of experience caring and working with children from birth to about 15 years old. I have worked in headstart preschool for years, ymca of the east bay preschool, private home daycares, and many independent one time date night jobs. I started caring from kids at the age of 17 so when I finished high school I went to school at my local community college and took some ECH courses and at 19 I was working for the county as a teachers assistant with children from 18 months to 5 years old. I have done many summer nanny jobs but to decided to leave the preschool in April 2015 to work as a full time nanny with the family till for a fews years till the little one went off to school.I then begin working for my local school district and begin subbing all around the district with students with disabilities. A few months into subbing I became permanent employee at a adult program working with adult students from 18-22 years old and I really enjoy what i do and helping these students grow in every way possible. I also am very clean reliable and organized individual. I do not mind helping out with laundry or housekeeping. I also will do errands if need. I have a reliable transportation CDL and up-to date car with insurance (full coverage).
