Hi, lovely to meet you! I'm Andrea, but everyone calls me Andi. I moved to Los Angeles about three years ago from my hometown of West Palm Beach, FL, which is where I had returned after completing a glorious three year run of "au pair-ing" in Paris, France. Since moving to LA, I've had the absolute honor and privilege of working with so many wonderful families, some with which I'm still working after meeting during my very first week here back in 2022! Growing up, my mother was the Dean of Early Childhood Education at a high school, where she not only taught her own students to be excellent teachers but also ran her very own preschool. All of her students graduated high school with the necessary credentials to immediately begin work in childcare... Needless to say, working with kids has been a major part of my life since before I can remember. In France, I was not only responsible for the care of my host children for two different families over the course of my time there [note: in French], but I also babysat and tutored for the families' friends! Other than my Parisian childcare work, I've been regularly babysitting since I was 12 years old -- including all of the childcare I've done since moving to LA -- and I've been a classical dance teacher for children of all ages. I can provide excellent references/recommendations from these families and dance studios! Though my Bachelor's degree is in Editing, Writing, and Media, (with a double minor in Political Philosophy and Entrepreneurship), I completed a Post-Baccalaureate in Psychology at UC Berkeley Extension in 2022. I've most recently worked as a Social Media Director for a political nonprofit, and I currently am in the midst of writing my first children's book. My personal interests: I love getting back into a dance studio whenever I get a chance, playing my guitar, writing, doing yoga, and going on big walks with my two year old pug named Binky. I am happy to answer any and all questions -- let me know if you think I would be a good fit for your family. *Please message me for a more accurate measure of availability*

I am Howard University alumnae. I love having an active lifestyle. I’ve been babysitting for the past fourteen years. I teach children from 2-18 years old how to play golf. I love to complete puzzles, play outside, and play with toys. When it comes to deciding one over the other, I would much rather read to your children than have them stare at a television screen. I believe children learn better when they are less reliant on technology for entertainment.

Ih she's wonderful! Good energy, on time, great communication. My kid just laughed and laughed! She plays well with the kids. So glad to have found her.

Hello, Attention: I don't work with sick kids or recovering kids from cold, flu and so on. Thank you for understanding! Now back to me: I'm 37 years old. Have experience babysitting for 10 years on this website. I have a 6 year old and a 10 year old kids myself. Primarily looking to work for someone who would want to go on a date, to work or so on ( 4-12 hours). Anywhere from occasional to a few times a week jobs. Tutoring/Homeschooling for grades 3rd and under available for 15$ an hour at my place. Have experience from homeschooling my son since he was 2.5 years old and school affiliated homeschooling since March of 2020. Plus was totally homeschooled for 1st grade. Overnight/Daycare, closed days care is also provided. if you can bring your kid over to my place rate is 15$/hour per kid. 18$ for two etc. Have a separate room with 2 twin mattresses and also have pack and play if needed for younger ones. For older kids 3 and up I usually bring activities like a coloring book with markers , activity books, stickers or a small art project to do ( beads, mosaics) Ok with driving to your place or you can drop the kid off at mine either way is fine depends on the time of day. At our place we have back yard, pool ( gated and only operational during summer time) , toys, building blocks, magnet-tiles, marbles maze, duplos, puzzles, painting, beads, art table, and a park walking distance away it’s a walkway from our house so no roads need to be crossed ( if you are ok with me taking kids to the park). For babies we also have pack and play, baby safe toys. So if you want to drop a baby off here just bring diapers, bottles, formula/breast milk and wipes as some kids are sensitive to different wipes. Hope to talk to someone soon:)

Hello, my name is Kylee, and I received my B. A. in Digital and Video Film Production from Maryount California University in Palos Verdes. I love and have so much fun interacting with children. They have a such a way of looking at the world and I try to always remember seeing the world through their eyes from time to time. My mom spent many years teaching dance and drama at an elementary school which I would help facilitate by watching and playing with the kids. I have babysat since I was 16 mostly between the ages of 5 months to 6 years old. I also was actively working in the nursery at my church since I was 12. Children are amazing and can teach as much as they need to learn. I would really enjoy any opportunity to continue to learn and work with the little one's to help parent's out. Another fun job I have is working as a princess, face painter, and balloon twister. It definitely keeps my imagination sharp which is helpful when it comes to play time with toddlers and elementary age children. My mom was a single parent so I know how hard it can be. If there is any way I can help alleviate some of that pressure I would be glad to offer my services.

Oct 2025 Update: Kylee is great with our boys, now 7 and 3. She initially started with us when we had 1. She’s reliable, responsible, caring and very entertaining with our boys. Story time voices, games, songs, face painting, dancing-she does it all. Both are high functioning autistic so she’s experienced with special needs as well. I would recommend her again and again! (2019) Kylee was fantastic with our 7 month old. He wears a helmet for plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) so caring for him is a little more involved than your average baby. She fed, changed, and kept him entertained and safe. We’re happy to have her as our regular sitter.
