Hello, My name is Erika. I am a mother of three and an educator. I am a former Preschool teacher with 20+ years experience. I have worked with children as young as one, up to school age children. As an educator I believe young children learn positive behavior by watching and interacting with their caregivers every day. When caregivers model kindness, patience, and respect ,children begin to understand how to manage emotions, build healthy relationships, and make good choices.

It’s hard to find a job as a college student because I have not had a job in the past due to a busy schedule in high school and most jobs require past working experience. I would say I’m friendly and respectful and like to get the job done! I’m currently a student at Arizona State who is majoring in English but maybe child development in the future! I am looking to occasionally babysit only because I go back home to my home state for winter and summer break so keep that in mind! I think I want a job where I can pick up kids from school and watch them for a few hours or when parents want to go on a date night!
