I’m a student in the health field, radiology is my goal. I am the 2nd to oldest out of 5 siblings. I started to babysit at a very young age. I flourished when I started to work with kids and it’s showed me to be patient, mature, energetic, engaging and to be tolerant. I’ve been described as very responsible, patient, quick on my feet!, dependable, welcoming & kind. I honestly enjoy and value working with children. Im also a proud community outreach lead in my outreach page on FB which brings community info to kids and their parents. I also help teach dance to help kiddos keep busy and out of the streets. I like to be hands on, nature is my buddy, active, arts & crafts, music!, books, baking, help with homework/projects, biking/walking, any educational play is fun. Dear Parents, I am a Mom of two and a Career Nanny and I absolutely love it! ♥️ I started babysitting at 15 years young and later went on to run a daycare with 14 children that ranged from newborn to 13 years old. I was taught the ins-and-outs of childcare by “Mama Dolores”, a loving, well rounded professional that is also a Child Psychologist. It was quite the challenge and a wonderful learning experience! We are still close friends to this day. I strive to be patient, polite, and respectful and hate that good manners are not always commonplace anymore. I am naturally observant, empathetic and communicative. I really enjoy playing with little ones and listening to them use their imaginations during play, and of course, babies melt my heart. I’m quite adaptable and will follow any instructions given especially regarding food allergies and medical conditions. Verbal guidance is my method of discipline, and if necessary then a time out, which I find is rarely needed. I love going to the park, library, children’s museum, aquarium, beach, and doing arts and crafts. (Am also an artist 🎨 and jewelry maker.) Along with childcare I’ve also owned my own ✨Housecleaning Company for 22+ years so tidying up and teaching children to contribute with age appropriate tasks comes naturally. I’ve taken a CPR class and have a cleared background check, a valid drivers license, insurance, and a safe, well maintained SUV if needed. I do not smoke or vape, rarely drink in moderation, and do not use illicit drugs or narcotic prescriptions. (Do not cast judgment either.) I also have experience in assisting to care for seniors, whom I have a special fondness for, post-surgery recovery help, Pet Sitting, and House Sitting.
