Hi! I’m Maeve, I’m 29 years old and living in the Mission after moving from the East Coast. I’ve been caring for people of all ages since I was about 12 and genuinely love creating environments that are nurturing, fun, and driven by curiosity. I originally went to school for elementary education, and have a true appreciation for childhood development and learning through play. The majority of my experience is with the “little” years - most recently I nannied for a family with a 10 month old and 3 year old. I’m very comfortable with nap schedules and diaper changes, but also love the fun that comes with toddlers - energy, arts and crafts, and playing pretend. Beyond childcare, I have personal experience caring for seniors in my own family (specifically with dementia) and am comfortable in roles that require higher levels of responsibility. I’m a huge animal lover, and happy to help with pets as needed. I also never mind helping with meal prep, light housework, whatever is needed to keep the days running smoother.
