“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kinga for the past three years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly responsible, kind, and truly understands how to care for and manage children in a thoughtful, structured way. She communicates clearly and speaks perfect English, which has been especially helpful for both day-to-day coordination and supporting my children’s learning. She’s also been a huge asset academically—able to assist with tutoring and reinforce good study habits. What really sets her apart is her ability to balance warmth with structure. She knows how to set appropriate boundaries while still creating a positive, supportive environment where kids feel safe and cared for. She’s reliable, drives, and is always punctual and professional. Any family would be lucky to have her.”
Hi! My name is Teresa. I'm looking to take on sitter jobs this summer. I can help with: • Child care • Pet care • Household help Ages: I'm happy to babysit children ages 4 through the teen years. I also have my own car and can help with school pick-ups, drop-offs, sports practices, tutoring, errands, or other activities if needed. Grace Period: I understand that delays happen. If you arrive later than the agreed-upon time, I'll round your return time down to the previous half hour. For example, if we agree on 6:30 PM and you arrive at 6:59 PM, I'll still only charge through 6:30 PM, giving you up to a 29-minute grace period for traffic or other unexpected delays. I'm happy to work with families nearby. Feel free to message me with any questions or if you'd like to see if we'd be a good fit!
Hi I’m Roseanne but you can call me Rose. As a mother of grown children both out of the house, I truly miss the laughter, curiosity, and wonder along with memories that little ones bring into a home. Caring for babies and toddlers feels natural and meaningful to me — it’s a season of life I cherish deeply. I bring a warm, calm, attentive presence into the homes I work in. Safety, integrity, and emotional steadiness are very important to me. I believe children thrive in peaceful, predictable routines, and I’m happy to help create that — whether that means engaging play, reading time, gentle redirection, bedtime routines or simply being a steady presence during transitions. I’m also happy to support with light household tasks, pet care, and helping your home feel a little more manageable while you’re away. When I’m not caring for families, I enjoy spending time in nature, visiting museums, and being with friends and loved ones. I value balance, warmth, and meaningful connection — and I bring that same energy into the families I serve.
Hi families, My name is Gabrielle and I am a current master’s student at CSU East Bay in the School Psychology Program. I graduated from UCLA with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Applied Development Psychology where I also interned at the UCLA Infant Development Program. In this role I cared for children three months to three years old, while taking courses focused on child development that could be directly applied in a high-quality early childhood education setting. My values and training are rooted in developmentally-appropriate and child-centered practices, where I truly believe in fostering child autonomy. With robust training in child development, I am willing and able to implement any routines and strategies you may already have with your children. I have a long history of caring for children starting in 2015 when I was in high school working in a home day care, babysitting for family members, and serving as a regular sitter for two families in Los Angeles 2[removed]. My more recent roles have been largely clinical or mental-health focused. I spent two years working as a clinic coordinator at a UCLA Health autism clinic and most recently worked at an elementary school supporting Tk-6th grade students with social-emotional learning. Generally, I am a fun-loving, optimistic, and ambitious individual. In my free time I enjoy cooking, baking, thrifting for things to decorate my new apartment, and hiking / being outdoors. I am a full-time student and work two full days at an elementary site so evening and weekend babysitting works best for me. I would be happy to connect at a play date, park, or library, etc., to see if I might be a good match for you and your family! Certifications / Clearance: - Minor in applied developmental psychology (completed 300 hour internship at Megan E. Daly Infant Development Program) - California Certificate of Clearance (required by CA public schools & includes a Department of Justice Background Check) - Infant / Child CPR First Aid Certified (2022), online renewed 2026 - Tuberculosis negative (tested 2025) - Up to date on vaccines
Hi, I’m Rachel! I’m in the midst of a career transition and am looking for part time work while I’m in school. I graduated from UC Davis in 2019 and have been working as a UX Designer for the last few years. I’ve recently decided to return to school and pursue my interest in psychology and mental health, in hopes of eventually becoming a therapist. I’ve loved working with kids for as long as I can remember, from playing with my baby cousins in middle school, to working for after school programs and summer camps in high school, to teaching youth ultimate frisbee after college. I’ve worked with children in academic and athletic environments, as well as more traditional in-home babysitting. My priorities are the health and happiness of your children. I love arts and crafts, reading, and spending time outdoors- or whatever your kiddos prefer! I do have a car, and am happy to take your children to activities or appointments. I’m happy to answer any questions and look forward to working with you and your family.
