Although I don’t have formal nanny experience, I was a nurse in Japan for 15 years. At my previous employment in Japan, I worked in the emergency room for three years and was a pediatrics nurse 2-3 times/month. WHO I AM: I am a college graduate who works part time in hospitality while living in Los Angeles, CA. I am 32 years old. I have applied my love for childcare for 12 years here on UrbanSitter, in addition to having been employed as a regular substitute teacher at a preschool in Burbank. I love to play and be active in my own life - getting fresh air, taking walks, and going to the beach are personal favorites. But I also appreciate that children can enjoy the comfort of staying inside to play imaginatively, read books, or build and break down and rebuild their Legos over and over again.
