Vaccination Requirement: - All families must be vaccinated in order to book with me. This requirement will be confirmed before accepting any job. 2. Illness Policy: - I am unable to care for sick children or attend bookings if anyone in the household is feeling unwell. Please inform me in advance if someone is not feeling well. 3. Interview Method: - For interviews, I am available via phone, FaceTime, or Zoom/Google Meet only. 4. Minimum Booking Duration: - To account for travel time and fuel costs, I have a minimum booking duration of 3 hours (except for interviews). 5. Cancellation Policy: - If you need to cancel a booking within 24 hours or less, 50% of the booking fee will be charged. For cancellations within 12 hours or less, the full fee will be charged (not COVID-related). 6. Payment: - Payment is due after each booking and can be made through Venmo, PayPal, UrbanSitter, or cash. 7. References: - References will not be provided for occasional or one-time jobs. Given the number of families I work with, it is not currently feasible to fulfill this request. 8. Rates are non-negotiable! Kindly confirm that you have read and agree to these policies. If I am able to find another job to replace the canceled job, I don't expect any compensation. Because I do turn down other work and also rely on the anticipated income earned from UrbanSitter jobs booked more than a week in advance, I typically request payment for 50% of the total hours for the cancelled booking (unless I am able to find another job to replace the cancelled job).
