Hi! My name is Kayla, and I’m currently a law student at USC. I’m excited to spend my summer helping families with dependable, attentive, and engaging childcare. I’ve always loved working with children and have experience through tutoring, as well as growing up as 1 of 10 kids with many nieces and nephews. Being part of a big family has given me plenty of hands-on experience caring for children of different ages, and I genuinely enjoy creating a safe, positive, and fun environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves. Whether that means helping with homework, reading stories, getting creative with arts and crafts, exploring at the park, or doing mini science experiments, I love finding activities that keep children engaged and excited to learn. I’m responsible, organized, patient, and comfortable balancing busy schedules and high levels of responsibility. I’m happy to help wherever needed, whether that’s preparing simple meals, keeping routines on track, or lending an extra set of hands to make your family’s day run more smoothly. I’m also very comfortable around pets! As the proud owner of a Saint Bernard and a Bernese Mountain Dog, I have plenty of experience caring for large dogs and would be happy to help in pet-friendly households (including homes with cats!). Hello! My name is Cassandra and I'm 32 years old. I graduated from San Francisco State University in 2016, with a major in Technical and Professional Writing. I'm originally from LA and I moved back once I graduated. I currently work in Finance as an EA. I've been working with kids since I was 15 years old. I've worked with kids mostly between the ages of 2 and 8. I'm extremely patient with kids and I definitely know how to keep them busy. I have some experience with toddlers but not a ton. Hey Parents! My name is Jessica and I was born and raised in Austin, TX. I graduated with a BA in Theater Arts from the University of Texas at Austin. I have been a babysitter/nanny off and on for the last 13 years. I have looked after newborns and children up to 14 years of age. I truly enjoy spending time with them and being apart of their development journeys. My responsibilities have included picking up/driving children, light child-related household duties, putting down for naps/bedtime (we love a nap routine!), cooking/preparing meals, feeding, helping with homework, reading, going out for walks, and of course general care and playtime! In my off time I have founded a nonprofit called Orísun Collective, and we host creative arts summer camps for kids in Nigeria. I would run the camp as well as teach the acting class. My hope is that all children will have the space and support to be their full selves and reach their full potential. I am a very goal-oriented person, and I know that I am capable of achieving every single thing I put my mind to. I have been hosting an event every 6 months for the last 10 years called Girls With Goals, where I bring a group of women together at my house and we talk about our goals, write them down, and keep each other accountable throughout the year. Everyone always leaves inspired and motivated to conquer their goals!

I love taking care of children and grew up babysitting my cousins and nieces. I've been a sitter for 4 years and mostly do occasional and part time sitting for various families. I have taught Sunday school to kids aged 3 - 10 for 5 years, for which I'm a mandatory reporter and trained in child CPR. My highest education is a master's degree in film and media production.
