I am nineteen years old, looking for new experiences. I am a funny, sweet, opening, kind human. The main reason why I want to start helping with kids is because I wanna be part of helping a new generation grow. I've had a lot of experiences that no others should live through, so if I have a chance to help with other I would love to. I have been babysitting for over five years. I absolutely love kids at all ages, and I’m a sucker for new borns! When I was young, I used to babysit all of the neighborhood kids and get nanny jobs with close friends, neighbors, and family. I am a black belt in karate and used to teach the toddler class after school. My instructor chose me because the kiddos loved me! As a single mom with my oldest (who is now 19), and him having life threatening asthma from birth, I was very hands on and hyper attentive to his needs. Being the sole person responsible for his care, medication, routines, and lifestyle activities within his capacity, I was very patient, loving, and supportive with him physically, mentally, and emotionally. It wasn’t easy but I loved being there for him and I still do! I have an almost 4 year old toddler now and I’m very hands on with him as well. As a certified Life Coach who specializes in emotional care and regulation, I work with mom’s and families to heal relational trauma and help them to create healthy dynamics between the parent and children, as well as helping mom’s especially build deep connections with their kids and find healthy ways to manage meltdowns and tantrums through connection vs correction and harsh punishments. It is a deep passion of mine to work with families and offer support through nanny services as well as creating a peaceful home environment for everyone in the household. Hello, my name is Karen, I’m 27 years old and I’m from Argentina. Back in my country, I’m an Elementary School Teacher. I lived in California for almost 2 years, taking care of 4 girls, between 5 and 12 years old at that moment. Now, I take care of one 9 years old boy and an 8 years old girl. I have a lot of experience with kids and I enjoy not just taking care of them, but also getting involved and playing together.
