Hi, my name is Amie! I graduated from Cal State Channel Islands in May 2025 with a degree in Sociology, and I offer child care, senior care, and pet care. For child care, most of my experience comes from taking care of my nieces and nephews (ages 3–11). I love keeping kids busy with fun crafts, simple cooking or baking, and activities that let them be creative. I’m also happy to help out with homework when needed. For senior care, I’ve volunteered in a hospital setting where I spent time keeping seniors company and helping during meals. While I don’t provide medical care, I really enjoy being a kind, patient companion and helping out where I can. For pet care, I’ve grown up around dogs and currently have two of my own, a Maltipoo and a German Shepherd. I can help with walks, feeding, and playtime. I’m comfortable with both small and large breeds, but I do have mild allergies, so it’s helpful to know if pets aren’t hypoallergenic.
