I have been caring semi-regularly for children since I was 12 years old. I grew up with four siblings—two of whom are 12 years younger than me—and I played an active role in helping raise them. That hands-on experience continued through college and my corporate working life here in NYC with dozens of families (new to UrbanSitter, previously used HelloSitter).
