I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and have experience working with children of different learning styles, personalities, and needs. In addition to my school-day experience, I worked for 15 years in an afterschool program as a group leader during the school year and as a summer camp coordinator. In these roles, I planned activities, supported homework time, supervised groups of children, and helped create a safe and positive environment where kids could learn, grow, and have fun. Hello! My name is Ashlynn and I am going into my senior year at Ohio State University. I work at Ohio State’s childcare center, through which I am CPR and First Aid certified and take care of children 0-5. I have been working there for about 3 years, and seeing the children learn and getting to know them is one of the greatest joys of my life. Outside of the center, I’ve babysat since I was 16.
