Hi Families! I'm Ella, I'm 22 years old, and a recent graduate from the University of Connecticut. I moved to NYC from Charlotte, NC this past August to pursue my career in publishing at Penguin Random House. I used to be a swim coach working with lots of children ranging from ages 3-17 for a summer swim team! I also have plenty of experience providing private and group swim lessons. I have babysat for multiple families and am comfortable running errands, pet sitting/ dog walking, prepping meals, pickups and drop offs and helping with homework for afterschool! I used to be an English major and now work all the time with books and would love to share my love for reading with your kids! I also am very comfortable with dogs and cats! I have two cats and grea up with dogs. I am very responsible and a hard worker. New York is very difficult to afford, I want to babysit or petsit for an additional income. Because I work a 9-5, my hours are limited, but if you have any consistent or inconsistent babysitting needs that aligns with this, please let me know!

Hi there! My name is Lindy and I’m a 26-year-old artist and textile-maker living in Brooklyn. I graduated cum laude from NYU three years ago where I studied mental health with a focus on children and adolescents. I am passionate about early childhood, and this fall, I’ll be back in school working towards my masters degree in art therapy. In the mean time, I’m looking for part-time nanny work and regular babysitting opportunities! :) I adore children and have been babysitting since an early age. In addition, I have experience working as a teacher’s assistant at my local temple, a day care assistant, and as an intern at a children’s arts camp in Brooklyn. In total, I have over 5 years of experience caring for children aged 3 months to 12+. I've spent the past three years since graduating college nannying part-time. One of my previous nanny families described me as “kind, sensitive, attentive, and simply a lovely human being…who has very much become a part of our family.” I am fully vaccinated and boosted as well as CPR and First Aid certified. Let me know if you’d like to speak to my references!

Lindy helped us out last minute when our full-time caregiver had a family emergency. She was calm, kind and mature and easygoing about our toddler being in a cranky mood. Our 5 year old also had fun playing with her.

I have a license and am experienced in driving city streets if needed!

Booked by 3 families in New York, NY

Hi! My name is Honor, my parents are Scottish but I was born in England and grew up moving between England and the US. I've been babysitting since I was 11 and have taken care of kids as young as 6 months old and up to 14 year olds. I love to do arts and crafts, go to the park, read, or just hang out. Whatever suits the kids I'm caring for and their parents! A little bit about me: I graduated from NYU in 2020 with a degree in Screenwriting and the Business of Media and am finished grad school last year where I studied Popular Fiction and the Business of Publishing remotely through Emerson College. I’ve been working in morning TV the last couple of years and recently quit to focus on writing. I love animals, running, thrifting, sewing, needlepoint, pilates, watercolor painting, reading, writing, history, and travel.

Honor has been wonderful! She is reliable and communicative, and she has been very proactive when a scheduling conflict has arisen. She is very attentive and our son looks forward to seeing her every week. They have an amazing connection. I would definitely recommend her!
