Hello! I’m Alexis, everyone’s favorite auntie! I’ve been taking care of my family and friend’s kids since I was in elementary school. My first babysitting job was when I was in 4th grade. I’ve worked with children of all ages. I was a field hockey coach to middle schoolers and high schoolers in my early 20’s. Currently, I’ve been an eldery caregiver to both my parents, one, was sick with lung cancer. Im also, currently, working on getting my teaching english as a foreign language certificate.

I have over 8 years of childcare experience across a variety of settings, including nannying, coaching, and working in children’s programming. Most recently, I worked as a Kids Club Attendant at the Four Seasons Orlando, where I design and lead engaging activities and games in a high-energy, luxury environment. I also spent three years working in retail at Walt Disney World, where I focused on creating memorable, engaging experiences for families and children. This strengthened my ability to connect quickly with kids and bring energy and positivity into every interaction. In addition, I have extensive coaching experience with both the Savannah Sharks and Upper Merion Allstars, where I led practices and taught tumbling classes. I also coached a cheer team for children with differing abilities, which was one of the most meaningful parts of my experience. It taught me how to adapt to individual needs, build confidence, and create an inclusive, supportive environment for every child.

Hi, I am Pema! I have been working with children ages 4-11 for the past three summers at Tree Frog Treks, a science and nature focused summer camp in San Francisco. In my role as Naturalist, I led groups of children in full days of exploring, productive play, and hands-on inquiry-based learning about science and nature in Golden Gate Park and throughout the city. I recently earned my Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University with high honors in Dance and Environmental Studies and I am excited for the opportunity to continue my passion for working with kids beyond the summer season. I am passionate about the environment and love engaging with kids outside. I also love anything creative, with a background in visual arts and musical theater, in addition to dance.
