Hi! I’m a happy, loving, fun, and outgoing mom to a curious and energetic 3-year-old boy. I’m also an Early Childhood Education and Special Education major, as well as a paraprofessional with the NYC Department of Education, with hands-on experience working with children in both classroom and childcare settings. Throughout my college program, I complete approximately 120 hours of supervised fieldwork each semester, working with children of different ages in early childhood centers and classrooms. These experiences have helped me learn how to support children’s development while creating an environment where they feel safe, comfortable, engaged, and cared for. Caring for children has been a part of my life long before college. I grew up in a large family and began helping care for my younger brother when I was 10 years old. I think carefully about who each child is and what they specifically need, and I bring that same intentionality to everything from an afternoon activity to a homework session. Hi! I'm Morgan and I have almost two decades of childcare experience. I've lived in New York for the past 9 years and currently based in Bed-Stuy. Originally from Orlando, Florida, I made my way north by way of UNC-Chapel Hill, where I graduated before ending up in Brooklyn. Hi, my name is Anikka and I have graduated with a Sociology Degree with a minor in Spanish. I have obtained my masters degree in School Counseling to hopefully become a School Counselor. I have been working with children since i was 14 years old and have been continuing to do for the past 12 years. During these past 12 years, I have babysat children ranging from infancy through 11 years of age.
