Hi I’m Andrea! I am a responsible and caring babysitter with hands-on experience working with children through a school child development program. I have two years of experience supporting children’s growth, safety, and daily routines, including working with children with special needs. I have also volunteered as a camp leader, supervising a group of five children, organizing engaging activities, and managing daily schedules from morning wake-ups to bedtime. In addition, I am a certified medical assistant with current BLS certification, as well as adult and pediatric CPR and First Aid training. I have volunteered in elementary school settings and am confident in creating a safe, structured, and positive environment for children of all ages. My childcare journey began at 12, babysitting in my church nursery, but it was my younger brother’s birth when I was 13 that truly ignited my passion for caring for little ones. Helping raise him next to a hard working single mother showed me how much I love nurturing and guiding children through their early years. Since then, I’ve gained over ten years of experience as a nanny, overnight caregiver, home manager, and preschool teacher. I’ve also worked as a professionally trained doula, further deepening my understanding of child development and family support. I’m also an active person and grew up participating in team sports, including soccer and swim team, which taught me the value of energy, focus, and teamwork—qualities I bring to my caregiving. Hello 😊! My name is Jaclyn I am brand new to UrbanSitter! I am a 21 year old mom to my first child. I have lots of experience with handling baby’s and toddlers from many ages! I come from a big family of 13! So I enjoy everything from taking care of kids to taking care of pets/animals. In addition, I do have a nonnegotiable for having to bring my child with me. She is a very sweet three month old baby who mostly sleeps all day and would not interfere with me taking care of/ watching over your child. I used to be full time associate at In n Out Burger in Keizer! I am very used to and can handle chaotic environments. They do not bother me in the slightest! But since having my baby girl I am needing to drop down to part time and or hoping to quit soon, sticking to just babysitting/part time nanny. Qualifications: Child care experience CPR certified Food handlers permit With me I also will always do house cleaning that comes with NO extra charge! :) I believe it should be a basic requirement for when being a babysitter/nanny. I know how relaxing it can be to come to a clean home! Side note: please be specific with me if you would NOT like me to clean a place in the home or would prefer me to leave stuff alone! :)
