Hi! I’m Bella, I’m 24 years old and currently completing school online to obtain my veterinary technician license, so I have a very flexible schedule this summer! I actually used this app quite a bit a few years back and loved the families and kids I met, so I found myself wanting to come back to it again :) I’ve been babysitting since I was 14 and have experience with kids of all ages. I’ve also coached soccer and helped with summer camps in the past, so I love keeping kids active, engaged, and having fun! I’m very hands-on and enjoy crafts, outside time, games, homework help, and following household routines closely. I’d describe myself as patient, dependable, fun, and responsible. I also have experience with pets from working in veterinary clinics, so I’m very comfortable around cats and dogs. I’m happy to help with driving to activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, tutoring/coaching, multiple children/pets, and occasional overnight care. I have reliable transportation and am comfortable with cameras in the home as well! :) I am excited to meet you and your family!!

Bella was very professional and reliable. My boys loved their time with her and had a lot of fun. Highly recommend her to everybody, and will be relying on her again for my future sitting needs.

I recently moved from San Francisco to Portland. I received my undergraduate degree in Business from USF in San Francisco and a Masters in Elementary Education from The University of the Pacific. In the Bay Area I was a teacher for 7 years, teaching in various positions from grades 3-6. In addition, I was a competitive Rhythmic gymnast for 13 years and was on the National Team. I have stayed involved with the sport by judging various meets across the country. Being on a team and committed to sport for so long has taught me many lessons that I take with me while working with children. I am very active and I love sports, working out, and being creative, all of which I can turn to while babysitting and playing with kids. I grew up babysitting my little sisters, their friends, and my extended family. Additionally I babysat throughout college and during my teaching career which has given me the experience to work with all ages (as early as 10 days old to pre-teens) since I was about 14. I've been in the Portland Area for about 2 years now and in between careers at the moment. I'm looking for occasional jobs and open to short term consistent/part time needs.

Delaney was great with our son! She was easy to communicate with, and we definitely hire her again!

Hi! I have experience with nannying/babysitting/caregiving for 30 years. In my younger days I babysat and was a summer nanny for children ages 1-8 years old. That included morning and evening day/bedtime routines, packing meals, engaging in activities with children, coaching them with age appropriate skills (tying shoes, playing games, swimming, etc.). As I got older I continued to offer childcare on the side while working other jobs and going to school for a Bachelors degree in Sociology. Fast forward to when I moved to Portland in 2008, I began watching babies (starting at 6mos to a year) through a nanny share with multiple families. I really enjoyed the opportunity to watch children grow from such a young age and be able to guide them into learning life skills. I did this temporarily until going back to hospitality and restaurant management for 12 years. Fast forward to now, and I am currently a Site Director for an afterschool program for grades K-5 and I absolutely love it! I would like to continue working with kids in between my primary job, and look forward to meeting families that are interested in my experience! *infant/child/adult CPR and First Aid certified

Hi! My name is Jordyn, I am currently a first year nursing student at the University of Portland. I am originally from Hawaii so I grew up loving the outdoors, and just being in nature. Some things I love to do are going to the beach, hiking, fishing, shelling, and ceramics. I am known to having a caring and patient personality, hence me majoring in nursing. I really just love helping other people and animals. I have been babysitting in Portland for around 6 months now, plus years of experience caring for family friends in Hawaii, ages infant-12 years old. I'm also experienced in dog sitting/walking so I don’t mind animals. I am CPR certified, and am excited to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for your children or pets. My rates do express the quality of care I give. I do not have a car however I am very responsible about time orientation and will not be late. (I do have a license and never got into an accident, just not a car in oregon)

Jordyn was great! Responsible, cheerful, great with our 8month old. Will have her back any time.
