Hello all! My name is Krysta and I'm on the look out for a new family! I've been in childcare for almost 9 years and a private nanny for almost 7 years. I do have a 2.5 year old boy (06/03/2021) who has come along with me since he was 8 weeks old. Before I was a nanny I was a lead at a popular Portland based in-home daycare where I oversaw the care of 16 infants and 3 other workers. Our ratio was 4:1. I have experience with multiples and my last nanny share job was with 4 kiddos- a set of twins, a singleton and my own son, Theo. I love creating long term bonds with children along with their families as I see myself as an extension of them. Some of my skills are as follows: • CPR and first aid trained and in the ORO database, clean driving record with a safe and reliable car. • Supporting children in play activities, meals and snacks, hygiene and socialization. • Assisting with light housekeeping duties as well as running errands. Organization and cleaning up the home after activities by picking up toys and straightening up play rooms. • Building positive and nurturing environments to support child's social and emotional growth. • Preparing tasty and healthy meals for children to encourage good eating habits. • Engaging with children on an age-appropriate level. Hello 😊! My name is Jaclyn I am brand new to UrbanSitter! I am a 21 year old mom to my first child. I have lots of experience with handling baby’s and toddlers from many ages! I come from a big family of 13! So I enjoy everything from taking care of kids to taking care of pets/animals. In addition, I do have a nonnegotiable for having to bring my child with me. She is a very sweet three month old baby who mostly sleeps all day and would not interfere with me taking care of/ watching over your child. I used to be full time associate at In n Out Burger in Keizer! I am very used to and can handle chaotic environments. They do not bother me in the slightest! But since having my baby girl I am needing to drop down to part time and or hoping to quit soon, sticking to just babysitting/part time nanny. Qualifications: Child care experience CPR certified Food handlers permit With me I also will always do house cleaning that comes with NO extra charge! :) I believe it should be a basic requirement for when being a babysitter/nanny. I know how relaxing it can be to come to a clean home! Side note: please be specific with me if you would NOT like me to clean a place in the home or would prefer me to leave stuff alone! :)
