Hi! My name is Cameron and I am an incoming freshman at UNC Charlotte! I am offering child care services. I have worked as a babysitter for two separate families throughout my high school years where I watched an infant, toddler, and kids. My responsibilities were to change diapers, play games, put them to bed, and I also gave lessons on how to ride a bike. I am also equipped with first aid, CPR, and AED certifications for safety in the event of an emergency. I mostly have experience in child care but i’m happy to work with families with pets!

I have been baby sitting every summer for the last 3 years and also have cared for my younger family members. I love kids and the joy they bring to the world. I’ve had to change diapers, feed babies, make dinners and just be with the kids. A lot of time I enjoy doing activities with the kids such as going to neighborhood pools, even taking them to get ice cream sometimes and playing outside or doing indoor games like hide and seek or board games. I think what makes me a great caregiver is that I really enjoy being around kids and really want to be there with them. I enjoy allowing them to be free to express themselves but also know how to make sure they are taken care of when it’s time to do things like go to sleep or do their homework. I believe it’s a balance of mutual respect with kids and I respect that they need rest and play. With the kids I babysit I also like to go on walks with them, and even just enjoy watching tv with them.
