With over 10 years of dedicated experience in child care, I’ve had the privilege of working with children across various age groups—from infants to elementary-aged youth. My journey began with hands-on infant care, where I gained extensive experience in feeding, diaper changing, creating soothing routines, and supporting early developmental milestones in a nurturing, safe environment.
As I grew in the field, I expanded my role to caring for toddlers and preschool-aged children, guiding them through potty training, language development, and structured play. I’ve always aimed to foster a sense of independence while still offering a warm, supportive presence that encourages confidence and curiosity.
In addition to early childhood care, I’ve worked in elementary school settings, teaching kindergarten and first grade. I’ve developed and led classroom activities, managed group dynamics, and supported both academic and emotional growth. I’ve also worked in group homes for older children and adults, providing behavioral support, structure, and a consistent presence for those navigating life transitions or additional needs.
My approach to child care is rooted in empathy, patience, and respect. I understand that every child is unique, and I take pride in creating safe, engaging, and inclusive spaces where they can grow and thrive. Whether supporting families in the home, a classroom, or specialized care settings, I bring a strong sense of responsibility, creativity, and heart to everything I do.
