I want to make good use of my time to help people who need that help and care. I have been working for Care at Home Inc. in the past to help kids with special needs and often also offer to babysit their siblings. I followed what parents would prefer me to do and that included walking, aiding, teaching simple lessons, role playing, etc. Before that experience, I also took a class in high school to work with the teachers and took care of kids at the daycare there. But one of the easiest experience I had with kids was when I took care of my youngest sister in order for my parents to work long hours. I felt like I have learn my fair share of what to do and what not to do when taking care of a kid. Even though it can get tough sometimes, it is also very rewarding to see them happy, safe and heard. I love working with children and do currently work at as an extended care associate at a school. I have worked as an extended care associate for two years now and I am CPR and first aid certified.
