For 2 years, I worked as an actor on a traveling theatre group that performs shows on bullying prevention and other social issues at schools throughout the greater Seattle area, and then spent 2 years as the Education and Outreach Program Coordinator for that same theatre company. I now work as an Education Programs Specialist at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles, where I develop museum programming for students and teachers. In terms of childcare, I have worked with dozens of families, ages ranging from 11 weeks to 13 years old, and I am comfortable and experienced working with all ages and up to three children at a time (or more if necessary). I have learned so much from little ones over the past years and being able to play a role in their growth and development is a great joy. I graduated from UC Berkeley in Spring 2024 with a degree in Theater and Performance Studies and a minor in Dance, which really shows up in how I connect with kids through movement, imagination, and play. Over the years, I’ve worked with numerous families, caring for children of all ages—from newborns to teenagers. I also spent several summers working at my former preschool during high school, which gave me early hands-on experience in a nurturing and structured environment. I’ve often helped with pet care too, including walking dogs, feeding pets, and keeping them happy and safe while families are out or busy. I have a background check, I’m CPR certified, and I’m currently in the process of getting my substitute teaching license. I genuinely love spending time with kids.
