I am fluent in English and Spanish. About me: I am 34 years old. I was born in San Diego. I recently moved to the South Bay with my family. I’m a proud mom to two young children, ages 2 and 5. Work experience: I have over 10 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. I spent more than four years as a preschool teacher, where I worked with infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school-aged children. I also worked for over three years as a behavior therapist, supporting young children on the spectrum. Most recently, I worked as a nanny for a wonderful family for nearly three years. Throughout the years, I have also babysat for many families between full-time positions. Hi! I’m Dakota, I am a 2025 graduate from Palos Verdes Highschool, now entering my freshman year at Harbor College. I will be 19 years old in January. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I am starting a new job at Creative Brain Learning as an after school teacher at Crestwood Elementary in Rancho Palos Verdes. Dance has always been a passion of mine, in high-school, I was on the song team (dance/pom) so I am very spirited and outgoing. I have extensive experience as a caregiver.
