Hi everyone! My name is Cauanny and I just recently got accepted to UCSD to finish my studies in clinical psychology! As a previous after-school kindergarten teacher, I grew my experience with children as little as Pre-K to 6th grade, and also with different behaviors and spectrum placements. I was the lead kindergarten teacher who ran my own classroom as well as created the curriculum taught M-F. I genuinely love to work with children and strongly believe that teaching a child with love and patience is the ultimate key to seeing growth. Hello!! My name is Martina! I just graduated at SDSU where I majored in Psychology with a minor in Counseling and Social Change. For the next year I am looking to build more experience working with children before applying to schools as a therapist specializing in family therapy. In the past I worked as a teacher's assistant at Dewey Elementary for third graders for a few months where I read with them and helped them with homework. I also babysat when living abroad in New Zealand, worked at a daycare with 1 year olds - 3 year olds from April 2025 - August 2025. Furthermore, I also spent last July working with autistic children (most about 2 years old) in Spain with a psychologist!
