$35 per hour for 1 child

I'm from Colombia. First, you need to know I'm a mom too (my son is 24 years now), it's the best experience to show you my skills. Also, I'm a educated and kind person because I'm a Journalist, Holistic Therapist and coach. Since 2022 I have worked with kids in Miami and San Francisco. I have experience with infants (6 months), toddlers and children up to age six. I enjoy spending time with them and contributing to their training and growth. Qualifications: - Reliable, loving, flexible, creative, and energetic person. Certifications: ⛑️CPR & First Aid Certification 💉 I'm up to date with all vaccines. 🚗 Driver's license and Real ID Language: Native Spanish speaker/English I'll be happy to help with your little one.

We had the pleasure of working with Diana as the nanny for our 2½-year-old daughter, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Diana is extremely professional, dependable, and always on time. She consistently went above and beyond to support our family in every way possible. Diana cared for our daughter in our home with warmth, patience, and genuine attention. In addition to providing excellent childcare, she helped with light household responsibilities such as folding and organizing laundry, making beds, and keeping our daughter’s space neat and well organized. She also prepared healthy meals for our daughter and made sure her daily routine was followed. Diana regularly picked up our daughter from daycare and took her to the park or library, creating engaging and fun learning experiences. She supported our child’s development through reading, play, and age-appropriate activities, and she also helped with bath time and bedtime routines. Most importantly, Diana created a safe, loving, and structured environment where our daughter thrived. Any family would be fortunate to have her as their nanny, and we would gladly hire her again.

Susannah $25 per hour for 1 child

Hi families! I currently work in education as a 4th grade teacher and offer babysitting support to families around the city. I’m passionate about supporting children’s growth, creativity, and confidence. My experience lies mainly with toddlers and elementary age students, and I have worked with multi-child families for 2+ years. Crafts, outdoor play, reading, and hands-on activities are some of my favorite ways to spend time with kids. I also love to offer homework help and support!

Laure Mari $36 per hour for 1 child

Hello! My name is Laure, and I'm a UC Berkeley graduate (Go Bears!) with a B.A. in Public Health and minors in Data Science and Forestry & Natural Resources. I'm currently based in San Francisco and will be starting graduate school at UCSF this fall. In the meantime, I have a very flexible schedule and am actively seeking babysitting opportunities. I'm a dedicated childcare provider with a passion for working with children of all ages. With over 13 years of experience in the Girl Scouts, where I earned the prestigious Gold Award, I've developed a strong sense of leadership and responsibility. My professional background includes teaching gymnastics to children at The Little Gym, where I combined fun with physical activity, volunteering at the Saratoga Library, hosting storybook hours and helping children develop a love for reading, and babysitting for 3+ years during my time as an undergraduate student at UC Berkeley. I am dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for every child in my care. As a CPR-certified caregiver, I prioritize safety and preparedness in every childcare situation. I obtained my certification through my role as a student course instructor, where I was trained in emergency response and first aid. This experience has equipped me with the skills to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively, ensuring the well-being of the children under my care. I am strong and capable, easily lifting over 50 pounds, making it effortless for me to assist with carrying children, strollers, or any necessary gear. Please note that I do not have a car, so I am best suited for families who can arrange drop-off/pick-up or are accessible by public transit. I prioritize safety, punctuality, and creating a positive, nurturing environment. I understand the importance of reliability and communication, making sure both parents and children feel at ease. I have babysat regularly for Bay Area families throughout my time at Cal. With the kids I babysit, I love getting them outdoors and exploring—whether it's running together along the waterfront (I've done 5+ mile runs with some kiddos, connecting my Cal Triathlon background with childcare—it's a win-win!), tasting our way through the city's best ice cream shops, or turning local parks into a jungle full of imagination.

I have my Bachelor's degree in Stage Management, and work full-time with a theatre coordinating the logistics of child performers. I'm first aid and CPR certified, as well as have my own car and feel comfortable driving children if needed. I can help with light child-related housework, meal preparation, and schoolwork. I have experience with children from infants to middle schoolers and love spending time with all ages. While with the children I’m watching, I enjoy doing crafts, puzzles, playing outside, reading, and having dance parties! I'm currently available for date nights and occasional mornings throughout the week. I'm excited to get to know you and your family!
