Hi! My name is Melisse and I’m a Behavior Technician at a school currently on summer break. I’ve been working with children for 3 years in ABA therapy field and have experience supporting kids with different personalities, needs, and routines. I’m patient, responsible, caring, and love creating a safe and fun environment for children. I can help with playtime, meals/snacks, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and keeping kids engaged throughout the day. I also have experience working with children with autism and helping with emotional regulation and positive behavior support. I used to work as a behavioral therapist in a variety of settings and manage youth volunteers at my church, and I've learned so much from my time there.
