Hi, I'm Michelle! I've been working with young children for over 10 years, from summer camps, to babysitting, to working in preschools. I have two years of formal full-time teaching experience, plus many years of volunteer experience in Extended School Year programs for children with disabilities. I have also taught drama and musical theatre to young children. My first priority is making sure children feel safe and supported, and I look to strike a balance between fun activities, and calm moments to decompress. My background in preschool classroom environments helps me to stay calm in moments of transition, and has provided me many positive guidance tools to help children regulate their emotions and express their needs. Hi! I am a sitter with nearly 10 years of experience. Right now I am looking for occasional work to go alongside my 9-5. So think date nights, weekends in the day, or help after school! I do not have my own car but I have a clean driving record and am happy to drive your car if needed. I have worked with ages ranging from 6 months - 13 years. I previously worked as an English teacher in Spain with children ages 3-12, where I helped in social science, earth science, art, language and physical education classes.
