Hi everyone! I’m 25-years-old and looking for some occasional or part-time babysitting/nannying work. My legal first name is Brittany but I go by my middle name, Aryn. This past year I worked as an elementary school garden teacher in San Francisco as part of a year long AmeriCorps program! I taught students TK through 5th grade all things plants, nature, vegetables, as well as social emotional learning in a beautiful school garden :) I’m passionate about regenerative agriculture, urban food systems, and outdoor education, among many other things. I live in San Francisco now and went to UC Berkeley for undergrad. Prior to working as a teacher I was a full-time nanny for various kids ages 10 months all that way up to 11-years-old in New Orleans. I’ve been working with kids since on and off since I was 15-years-old so have lots of experience. I was a camp counselor for years so I know lots of games and fun activities. I have experience changing diapers, putting kids down for naps, cooking and preparing meals/ lunches, helping around the house, bedtime/bath time, creative play, and have been known for helping facilitate creativity (I love arts and crafts!). I'm going back to school in the fall to start my Masters Program in Sexuality Studies. I am flexible, social, playful, a strong communicator, and I love working with kids, animals, and elderly folks.
