Hi, my name is Madison and I just graduated from American University. I was in Girl Scouts for all of my K-12 education, volunteered at a preschool, and also worked at a ballet studio for younger kids so I'm very comfortable working with children. I also worked as a tutor/mentor at a middle school in D.C. I also love animals. I have a dog of my own and this past summer I also helped nurse kittens at Best Friends Animal Society!
As a child, some of my fondest memories were with a fun and caring babysitter. I want to provide this similar positive experience for the next generation! Having fun is always a priority, and safety is always number one in my book. I recently obtained my bachelor's in psychology at UCSB with a focus in child development and neurodiversity, and am excited to begin my master's in social welfare at UCLA in fall 2026. I am passionate about positive youth development, and in my recent professional roles, I have provided ABA support to neurodiverse kids ages 3-16, infant development therapy for kids ages 0-3, and served as a case manager at a 24hr youth shelter for 12-17 year olds. Personally, I am an easily excited individual who enjoys the outdoors, animals, the beach, and learning new things!
