The main reason why I want to start helping with kids is because I wanna be part of helping a new generation grow. I've had a lot of experiences that no others should live through, so if I have a chance to help with other I would love to. I have been babysitting for over five years. First starting with my sisters kids and then going to other families. I have experience with kids from ages newborn to twelve year olds, I worked with kids with adhd, autism, anger issues and kids with trauma. I have CPR certifications and first aid training.

I was recently thinking of a way to assist parents (single parents), as a mom whose had both married and single years. Then, I came across UrbanSitters. I have four children, who are now all adults. For sure, there were those who assisted me during the single years with my children, when they were little, and I would like to do the same for other parents in return. Sometimes parents need a little assistance with running errands, pick-ups, of just have a sitter sit some hours so parents can take a breather and free up more time for family time. I have an associates degree in medical administration and finishing up a bachelor degree in criminal justice. I have worked in the business, medical and judicial settings, pretty much since graduating high school. Children are precious gifts and are naturally funny at times, looking to explore their new world safely. I loved taking care of my own children, as well as relatives and friends children.
