Nickname (preferred): Vicky I have many amazing experience with young children (toddler+), my true love is pup care!! In the past decade I've dog cared for dogs old and young, social and antisocial, and those between homes. In order to give each pup the unique care and experience they deserve, I primarily care for pups one at a time, and only those with whom I can form a genuine bond. Lunchtime and after work walks are my favorite, 1-2x/wk. Regularly scheduled care is preferred. I am fully employed but work from home, and so have flexibility. Whether you have a yard, live in an apartment, or need your pet crated, your pet will always be safe and sound in my care.

The best sitter I ever had, dependable, very caring, and attending to all needs. Highly recommended.

Hi! I’m looking to pick up some part-time or occasional babysitting gigs near the Capitol Hill area. I’ve been babysitting and nannying since I was 13 and have experience with all ages! Most recently I’ve done a lot of work with infants and toddlers. I worked part time with a family for two years with two children (an infant and 2 year old) while I was a grad student. I will play with your kids and be present with them. My phone will be away when I’m with them :) I'm also happy to discuss additional support with things like meal prep, laundry, or light cleaning. I'm comfortable with pets and also have experience pet-sitting for dogs and cats. I look forward to meeting you and seeing if we’ll be a good fit. References available upon request.

Kim $20 per hour for 1 child

Hi there! I’m Kim — a full-time certified Life Coach with a heart for nurturing kids and caring for pets. Before stepping into the world of coaching, I worked as a Teacher’s Aide in a youth corrections facility, where I learned firsthand how vital a safe, loving, and playful environment is for a child’s development. That experience, along with many joyful summers as a camp counselor and director during college, confirmed that I’m a big softy at heart who thrives when supporting young people with patience, compassion, and fun. I bring that same care and intentionality into every babysitting job — whether it’s a quiet night in with bedtime stories or an afternoon filled with imaginative games and outdoor play. And let’s not forget the pets! As a proud dog mom, I know how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your furry family members. I offer walks, feeding, snuggles, playtime, and can even work from your home to spend more time with your pets throughout the day. Availability: 🗓️ Weekdays: 5 PM – 1 AM 🗓️ Weekends: Available all day If you’re looking for a reliable, warmhearted sitter who brings both experience and care to your family, I’d love to connect!

Yesenia $25 per hour for 1 child

Hi - My preferred name is Sam. I have been caring for children since I was 8, when my beautiful nieces and nephews were born. Growing up, I'd help my sister care for her little ones, and naturally, I loved being around them. As I got older, I started occasionally caring for kids in my neighborhood. I became a full-time nanny during the pandemic for a 5-year-old boy. And I am currently a part-time nanny for a 2-month-old baby girl. I am CPR certified. I love animals! I dog-sit when folks are out of town. I'm always happy to help meal prep and help with things around the house. And if you'd like someone to teach your little one Spanish, I'm your girl! I have a calm and warm spirit. And I love tapping into my inner child when it comes to playing with the kids. My major hobbies include songwriting, drawing, and photography. I also love to play guitar, read, and spend time with my pup on my free time. I am currently interested in families looking for a part-time, occasional, date night, or overnight sitter.
