My experience in college very much shaped me into someone who wanted to use talents to do something moral and ethical with my time. I can’t put into words how much I loved being the Superintendent of Marketing at the Oak Brook Park District. The work, the people, serving the community, and being part of providing special memories to people aged 0-100 filled my cup with pure joy. I didn’t think anything could make me walk away from this career, until, I had my precious daughter in May of 2024. Life is full of surprises! As of September 2025, I am now a stay at home mom, who enjoys every second of the day with my child. Motherhood has reminded me how much I enjoy being with children, teaching them new things, going on adventures, and helping them grow. I am seeking a part time nanny position that would allow me bring my daughter with me. We promise to be the best care giver (and little friend) to your family! Hello, I’m Vera a very caring grandmother who continues to care for children and 4 legged pets. I am now a family friend after caring (nannied) a 15 yr old girl & a 9 yr old boy, cared for boy since he was 3 months old & is presently in 4th grade. He considers me his grandmother.
