Hello! My name is Adetomilola, but many people call me Angie. I am 23 years old and a student at the University of Maryland, College Park pursuing a degree in information science. In my free time I like to sing, watch movies, and read. I love taking care of infants, toddlers, and young children. It's amazing to see how they grow and develop into who they are meant to be. I value being able to have a positive impact on them by providing kind and loving care and by keeping them engaged throughout the day. I have 6 nieces and nephews ranging from the age of 3 months to 8 years old, and I have had a hand in the care of every one of them. I have also provided childcare for numerous family friends, members of my community, and extended family. Recently, I have been assisting a family with caring for their 2 year old and 5 month old. That includes changing diapers, preparing meals, light housekeeping, bathing, nap times, and other parts of their routine. I’m an RBT with 3 years of experience working with children with ASD, where I've developed a strong foundation in patience, empathy, and creating supportive environments. I love the field so much I am actively pursuing a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In addition to my therapeutic work, I've coached kids ages 3-15 in T-ball, baseball, softball, and soccer, and I played softball myself for 13 years, which has taught me teamwork, discipline, and how to motivate others. I'm CPR certified, and as a proud pet owner of three dogs, I’m experienced in caring for animals as well. I’m passionate about working with kids, whether it’s providing therapy, coaching, or simply making sure they feel safe, engaged, and happy.
