My name is Emma and I am a passionate, experienced teacher and educator with a goal to make a difference for the families I work with. I was born in the United States (Connecticut) and have worked in the public and private school system in the northeastern United States, California, Hawaii and France and Switzerland. My overall childcare experience began in 2007, when I started working as a nanny in CT; from there, I continued throughout my teaching career to do childcare work. I hold a B.A. in French and Education from Smith College (Northampton, MA, USA, May 2007) and a Masters degree in Educational Sciences from University of Geneva ( Geneva, Switzerland, June, 2023). The summer of 2023, I worked as a live-in Aupair for a family in Sant Cugat, Catalonia, Spain, and learned basic Spanish during this time. I believe in diversity, inclusion and that all children thrive in a stimulating environment that meets their individual needs in a creative way. I really love the work I do with young children.
