She is always on time and flexible (one time when my 7 year old was sent home sick, she came last min to help out). My girls absolutely adore her and my husband and I love her positive energy around our children. She is comfortable taking the kids around the city (walking/subways/ubers) and we trust her completely with our children. We honestly feel we hit the jackpot in finding Izzy.
