Hi! My name is Linsey and I’m currently 21 years old! I moved to NYC from Los Angeles at the beginning of August, and I’m super excited to be here! I’ve been babysitting a lot more consistently after graduating high school to become more financially independent, and since then have made many incredible relationships with children I’ve sat for! I’ve been babysitting since 13 or 14 years old helping out my older sister take care of her two children. I cultivated a love for taking care of children and started to continue doing it outside of my family with family friends. I have taken care of ages 6 months to pre-teens. My goal with children is to just have fun and be creative, and encourage them to be themselves—I have a gentle but assertive approach with kids but very willing to adapt to your preferred approach! My responsibilities I’ve taken on have been getting a child ready for school, driving kids, taking them to their afterschool activities, feeding them dinner, taking them to the park/swimming pool etc, organizing their rooms, among other things. I love cats and dogs so pets aren’t an issue at all, they’re welcomed! I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life—especially cats—and I absolutely adore them. I have lots of experience changing a litter box, feeding pets, taking them for walks, playing with them, etc. Also certified in CPR!

Hi there! I’m excited to share a bit about myself. I have over 10 years of childcare experience, rooted in my upbringing in a large Mexican family. As the oldest cousin on both sides, I've been surrounded by kids my whole life. My mom is one of seven, which means I have 25 cousins on her side alone, plus 8 more on my dad’s side! Growing up in this vibrant family environment instilled in me a deep love for caring for children. Hello families! My name is Renae. I am 24 years old. Im currently in school for business management but I also work for a community based program that provides activities for children. Ive also been a camp counselor/ group leader for summer camps/ programs. Im mostly around kids ages 5-11, My favorite activities to do with kids are playing games ( UNO, connect four, mancala), doing arts and crafts, and reading. When I'm not working I enjoy making art and spending time with friends and family.

I started babysitting at 14 and have worked in childcare since then. I worked at a summer camp for five years, and have also have been a full time swim instructor for children ages 2-12. I have done private lessons and continued babysitting throughout. I love working with kids and enjoy watching them learn with a smile on their face!
