Hi! My name is Domenica I am 23 years old and currently a Lead teacher at a Reggio Emilia preschool! I have been teaching the Reggio Emilia approach for 5 years and I believe in nurturing the interests of the individual child while creating a loving, peaceful, and responsive environment for your child to grow. I have been a sitter for over 20 years, and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in developmental psychology. I have experience caring for kids of all ages, and am comfortable working with larger families and children with special needs. I see my job as having 3 primary duties. Most importantly, keeping the children that I am watching safe. Next, maintaining the house rules and routine, so that children have a sense of stability when their parents are gone.
