Roberta required full live in care services so I got very knowledgeable of proper care and needs to be aware of as well as how to deescalate and or give space as needed... making sure all appointments were kept and medication picked up and administered accordingly. Hygiene upkeep, freshly made beds, washing linens regularly etc.

When my son refused to nap in his crib, Desria lovingly offered him a contact nap, which I thought was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. She was attentive to his needs and made sure he felt comfortable and cared for. As an added bonus, she left all of his toys neatly organized before leaving.
